Dr. Ifeoma Nwokorie graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in the year 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from Columbus State University. She recently completed the Continuum I of the Pankey Institute, which is an advanced learning for Dentists who want to distinguish themselves in the field as preventative, oriented General Dentists. Dr. Nwokorie is very skilled in prosthodontics (i.e., fixed and removable replacements) with a vast knowledge about the latest techniques in Cosmetic dentistry, including Teeth Whitening and Implants. She has the reputation of being kind and gentle with adults as well as with young children. Dr. Ify, as some of her pediatric patients call her, has received some of her adult referrals from her very happy pediatric patients.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the Ninth District Dental Society and the Peeksilll/Yorktown Dental Society. Dr. Nwokorie is married with 3 children.

Catalina Juarez is our chairside dental assistant. Coming out of her native country, Spain, Catalina grew up in Guatemala, which is her mother's native country. She attended Westchester College. After a short period of time, she was ready to enter into the field as a Certified Dental Assistant. Following other opportunities, she now works along side Dr. Ifeoma Nwokorie in Peekskill, NY.  She is a perfect fit to the staff, who are knowledgable, professional and shares her level of enthusiasm and commitment. Catalina is professional, friendly and while working along side Dr. Nwokorie, will gain experience to lead to her certification.

Barbara Gerster is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Suny Farmingdale where she earned her RDH degree.  She is very detail oriented and will tell you how to take care of your teeth and gums so that they last for a lifetime.  Part of the examination that we perform in the office,routinely, screens for periodontal disease because we believe that early detection is the key to better treatment outcome.  In addition to cleaning and polishing your teeth, she educates and instructs each patient on how to improve their oral health to get the best result.  She customizes your oral hygiene instructions to set the best results at home.  Barbara has many years of experience in caring for patients with compassion and skill.  Educating her patients is her highest priority.  She live in Valhalla with her family and some of her favorite pastimes are hiking and gardening. 

Marina Rudenko is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from New York University where she earned her RDH degree as a hygienist.  Marina is very dedicated to her profession and stays on top of cutting edge techniques to improve our patients overall oral health.  She attends several education courses to keep our patients informed about what she is learning.  She educates and instructs each patient on how to set the best results.  This will ensure and maintain healthy oral hygiene.  Marina enjoys her family and pets.  You will enjoy her professionalism and pleasant personality.
